1、 Bearing system
Function: Support motor rotation, reduce friction, and ensure power transmission accuracy.
Special requirements: Explosion proof motor bearings must meet the requirements for explosion-proof joint surfaces, and the fitting position between the inner cover and the shaft should be on the explosion-proof surface to ensure that the inner cavity is isolated from the external environment.
2、 Fan blades and cooling system
Function: By forcibly ventilating and dissipating heat, it prevents the motor from overheating and causing danger.
Key components: including fan blades, heat dissipation covers, air guide elements, etc., must ensure sealing and heat dissipation efficiency.
3、 Sealing ring
Function: To prevent moisture and impurities from entering the interior of the motor, ensuring electrical safety.
Material requirements: Nitrile rubber or chloroprene rubber is usually used, which should have wear resistance and high temperature resistance characteristics.
4、 Junction box
Function: Connect the power supply and control the start of the explosion-proof motor, requiring explosion-proof performance.
Technical points: The hole spacing needs to match the motor model (such as 70-200mm), and some models require a combination explosion-proof structure.
5、 Other key components
End cap and flange: used to seal the motor casing, requiring precise fit with the explosion-proof joint surface.
Bearing shell sealing: prevents leakage between the shaft and the bearing, ensuring mechanical stability.
