Energy Efficiency Standards
It is necessary to meet the new domestic energy efficiency standards (GB18613-2012) at level 2 or above or the international IE3/IE4 standards to ensure energy efficiency compliance.
Technical optimization measures
By optimizing the design (such as the number of stator/rotor slots, fan parameters) and adopting processes such as sine winding, iron loss, copper loss and other losses can be reduced, and the efficiency can be improved by 2% -8%, with an average increase of 4%.
