Motor regular maintenance content
Clean the disassembled motor and starting equipment to remove all sludge and dirt. During cleaning, observe the insulation condition of winding. If the insulation is dark brown or dark brown, it means that the insulation has aged. Special attention should be paid to the insulation not to collide and cause it to fall off. If any shedding is found, local insulation repair and painting shall be carried out.
Regular maintenance of asynchronous motor is an important measure to eliminate hidden trouble and prevent failure. Regular maintenance can be divided into regular minor repairs and regular overhauls. The former does not disassemble the motor, while the latter needs to disassemble all the motors for maintenance.
1. Regular minor repairs Regular minor repairs are general cleaning and inspection of the motor and should be carried out frequently. The minor repairs include:
1. Clean the motor shell to remove the dirt accumulated during operation.
2. Measure the insulation resistance of the motor. After measurement, pay attention to reconnect the wire and tighten the connector screw.
3. Check whether the motor end cover and anchor bolts are fastened.
4. Check whether the grounding wire of the motor is reliable.
5. Check whether the transmission device between the motor and the load machine is good.
6. Remove the bearing cover, check whether the lubricating oil is dirty or dry, and add or change the oil in time. After processing, pay attention to the good end cap and fastening screws.
7, check the motor auxiliary start and protection equipment is in good condition.
2. Regular overhaul The regular overhaul of asynchronous motors should be carried out in conjunction with the overhaul of load machinery. Agricultural motors can be combined with agricultural time, once a year in winter. During overhaul, the motor shall be disassembled for inspection and repair of the following items:
1, check the motor parts for mechanical damage, if any, should be repaired accordingly.
3. Remove the bearing and wash it thoroughly in kerosene or gasoline. Wash the residual grease and dirt between the bearing frame and the steel ball, and then clean it with clean coal (steam) oil. The cleaned bearing should rotate flexibly and the bearing clearance should be measured. If the bearing surface is rough, the grease is not qualified; if the bearing surface is discolored (blue), it means it has been annealed by heat. According to the inspection results, the grease or bearing should be replaced, and the cause of the failure should be eliminated (such as removal of sand in oil, iron filings and other debris; correct installation of bearings, etc.).
When the bearing is newly installed, refueling should be added from one side. Grease accounts for 1/2~2/3 of the bearing volume. Too much oil will heat up and flow out. The lubricating oil can be calcium-based grease, sodium-based grease or lithium-based grease.
4. Check whether the stator winding is faulty. Use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the winding to determine whether the winding insulation is damp or whether there is a short circuit. If so, it should be dealt with accordingly. Use a bridge to measure whether the three-phase resistance is balanced. If it is not balanced, it should be handled accordingly.
5. Check whether the stator and rotor cores are worn and deformed. If worn or bright spots are observed, it means that the stator and rotor cores may rub against each other. A file or scraper should be used to scrape the bright spots down. If there is deformation, it should be repaired accordingly.
6. After the above repair and inspection, assemble and install the motor.
7, the installation of the motor, should be repaired after inspection. After each test item is completed and meets the requirements, it can be operated with load.
